Team Retreats & Workshops

Immersive experiences that move teams from disconnection to brave, relational practice.

These are not trust falls; they are evidence-based interventions integrating body-centered work, reflective practice, and team dialogue. Drawing on 20+ years of published research in occupational health psychology, each experience is designed to address what most "team building" ignores: the power dynamics, emotional patterns, and systemic conditions that actually drive burnout, disengagement, and relational breakdown.

The retreats are designed to work at two levels simultaneously:

  • At the individual level, participants learn to regulate their nervous systems through breathwork, mindful movement, and proprioceptive awareness; building the inner capacity that makes brave conversations possible.

  • At the group/organizational level, we use structured relational inquiry to surface the unspoken rules, power imbalances, and cultural assumptions that keep teams stuck.

The result is not a feel-good retreat. It's a shift in how people relate to each other, to their work, and to the organization's culture (with measurable outcomes in psychological safety, emotional exhaustion, and team belonging).

Formats include:

→ Half-day or full-day intensives for leadership teams and organizational units (12–20 participants)

→ Multi-day retreats for deeper cultural transformation

→ 90-minute experiential sessions for conferences, off-sites, and lunch-and-learns

→ Ongoing series (8–12 weeks) for sustained practice and accountability

→ Optional yoga practice with YRT YACEP certified yoga instructor.

All workshops are facilitated by Dr. Gloria González-Morales and are available in English and Spanish.
