Yog@Work

Workplace Wellbeing

  • Chair yoga to refresh body and mind.

  • Self-myofascial release to relieve tension.

  • Breathwork to sharpen focus.

  • Mindfulness to transition from work to home.

Why it works

Small, regular doses of practice change how people feel and function at work. In controlled studies I've co-authored with an international team of occupational health researchers, brief mindfulness practices built into the workday reduced fatigue and emotional exhaustion and improved sleep quality and work engagement. Daily practice also strengthened concentration and helped employees leave work thoughts at work.

Each Yog@Work session teaches short practices your people can practice, at work or at home, the same day.

25 minutes virtual · 50 minutes in person
No mats, no change of clothes. A chair and a tennis ball are all it takes.
