What she does for organizations: As founder of drmggm, LLC, Gloria partners with leaders to tackle the challenges that erode performance and retention (burnout, incivility, disengagement, and poorly designed work systems). Her consulting spans psychosocial health audits, leadership and team development, culture transformation, organizational change, and evidence-based interventions that actually move the needle on employee wellbeing and business outcomes.

As executive director of Organization & Management Solutions (2013–2020), she led more than 20 consulting projects across sectors, including competency modeling, recruitment and selection systems, performance management, engagement surveys, and training design.

A certified yoga teacher and published mindfulness researcher, Gloria integrates emotional intelligence, emotion regulation, and mindful embodiment practices into her organizational work. This isn't wellness window dressing; it's grounded in her peer-reviewed research on how mindfulness-based interventions improve how people manage stress, relate to colleagues, and sustain performance over time.

Why her approach is different: Gloria's recommendations aren't based on trends or best guesses; they're grounded in award-winning research. Her work on workplace interventions to reduce burnout and abusive supervision has earned best-paper awards from the European Journal of Work and Organizational Psychology and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology (2017 & 2018). She publishes in the field's top journals, including the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Organizational Behavior.

She is Full Professor of Psychology and Director of the Worker Wellbeing Lab at Claremont Graduate University, where she continues to advance the science of what makes workplaces work.

Dr. M. Gloria González-Morales helps organizations build healthier, higher-performing workplaces.
